It’s very convenient of Microsoft to warn us that their rival's AI is too "humanlike" to be trusted. To be fair, though, acting like a human is exactly why we don't trust most humans either.
What actually happened
Microsoft Corp artificial intelligence chief Mustafa Suleyman is warning that infusing tools like Anthropic's Claude with humanlike characteristics increases the risks of such systems going rogue.
